Kuźnia Sułkowice S.A. have over 130 years of experience in close die forging. We offer forgings up to 10kg of weight, up to 220mm wide (diameter) and 550mm long. The induction heaters together with modern LASCO hammers that we use, give us the advantage that our clients get the best repeatable quality of the ordered product. Our LASCO H0-U hammers are equipped with ejector that allow us to work with clients smaller draft angles.
According to the clients’ needs we offer machining, heat treatment, montage and covering of the surface. We have of the most modern 3 and 5-axis MAZAK machining centers. . We have our own tool shop and a modern hardening shop which guarantees excellent quality of heat treatment of our products.
Our clients appreciate the delivery dates and times we offer. We are able to deliver new product within 3 to 4 weeks after the official order date
