EC Test Systems Sp. z o.o. is a company specialising in advanced measurement and diagnostic solutions covering vibration, acoustics, thermography, and high-speed cameras. For the forging industry, it offers two complementary quality control areas:

1. Non-destructive forging inspection

Automated Simcenter Anovis NDT systems based on Acoustic Resonance Testing deliver 100% non-destructive quality inspection in approximately one second per part. The system reliably identifies cracks, laps, inclusions, voids, and precisely detects undesirable changes in hardness and material structure.

2. Thermal process control

Temperature monitoring prevents forging at excessively low ranges, eliminating the build-up of internal stresses and the risk of premature product failure. We offer:

• HIKMICRO pyrometers (basic PD2/PS2 series and advanced PD1) – cost-effective devices for point measurement of high temperatures up to 3200°C with a response time of 1–10 ms and protection rating IP65/66.
• FLIR thermal cameras (A50/A70 Smart Sensor and A400/A500/A700 series) – advanced systems for continuous full-surface temperature distribution analysis of forgings, with local data analysis and alarm triggering, rated IP66.
